- Module 1 Digital Environment
The construction of a digital strategy requires an understanding of the technological, economic, political and social foundations of the digital phenomenon and the information society. This module works on fundamental concepts, such as: the economics of internet markets, key technologies, competition between platforms, network externalities, crowdsourcing, the networked society, internet governance, and the ethical elements of e- commerce
- Module 2 Digital Strategy
This module allows introducing and understanding the foundations of a digital strategy, the new digital business models, and innovation based on digital platforms and the direct relationship with customers and consumers. It also aims to provide an integrated view of these concepts and techniques, and understand the new role of CEOs and managers of companies in the construction of a digital strategy.
- Module 3 Digital Marketing
This module will address the new digital media (social media) through which society is "talking". How new consumers are and their impact on the generation of opinion, and how companies are incorporating social media into their organizations. It will deepen in how to develop a plan of digital and social marketing as well as in the knowledge of digital techniques of attraction, capture, conversion and customer loyalty, such as inbound marketing, digital advertising or mobile marketing. Practical cases will be developed on how to get "engagement" in digital environments.
- Module 4 Business Analytics
It is vital to define the performance indicators of a digital strategy (KPIs), the online measurement tools (Google Analytics among others) and the key systems for measuring campaigns and results. Also, this module will work on the concept of Big Data and its application in the different processes of the organisation.
- Module 5 E-business
This module will work the commercial and logistic dimensions of e-business. The digital business implies the definition of the multi-channel strategy of the company, as well as the definition, implementation and execution of the appropriate and reliable commercial and delivery processes for the satisfaction of the clients. The strategic keys of Electronic Commerce will be deepened in the start-up of a successful online business.
- Module 6 Transformation and Digital Culture
It will delve into how to prepare internally for digital transformation. Starting with the awareness and training of collaborators and managers not only in digital competences but also in a more entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude open to learning, research, innovation and analysis. The "social capital" as a new value in organizations, the necessary empowerment of the employee to adapt to the needs of the client or the necessary changes in the structure, processes and culture of the organisation, will be key issues of this module. The best practices for the implementation of corporate social networks, new strategies of employer branding, as well as organizations focused on the client will be shown.
- Module 7 Leadership and Digital Reputation
The Internet and social networks have changed the way people - consumers, citizens or employees - communicate. The best open leadership practices will be reviewed and how brands and managers must manage their digital reputation, both inside and outside the company.
Transforming into digital business models/>
- Module 8 Managing the Digital Transformation of a Company
The evidence of successful cases of implementation of new digital models and the use of digital platforms for compliance with the company's strategy shows that investment in technology must go hand in hand with profound changes in the structure, processes and Organization culture. This course uses the Digital Transformation Process methodology for the design and transformation of the company towards digital models. This module aims to integrate all the knowledge acquired in the core modules and present a holistic transformation methodology (Digital Transformation Process) that allows the participant to prepare his change project in his company.
- Module 9 Digital Transformation Project
This module will take the format of tutorials to track the progress of the final project by the participants. Projects must be submitted at the end of the course.
This program is aimed at general managers, directors of units or departments of the business, and consultants who are immersed in strategic processes or transformation of their companies towards digital business models. The participants have an average of 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum experience of 5 years.
