In the process, specific resources are applied with the goal of minimizing, controlling and monitoring possible losses or unfortunate events.

Qatar, is a sovereign Arab state, located in Western Asia, occupying the small Qatar Peninsula on the northeasterly coast of the much larger Arabian Peninsula. Education City is a fairly new undertaking in Doha funded by the Qatari Government through the Qatar Foundation. It is the home to Qatar Academy, the Learning Centre, the Academic Bridge Program (similar to a college prep school), as well as branch campus of Texas A&M University (Engineering).

A Master of Science is an educational program that requires students to complete coursework, hands-on training, and a research paper in order to earn the degree. With an MSc, students have the option of specializing their degree in a chosen field or concentration.
