While the programme is globally informed, participants will be expected to interrogate imported knowledge in the light of their local contextual knowledge and practice and to find their own educational management voice. In short, the programme is designed to raise questions, stimulate critical thought and support the reflective professional practice.
Qualified teachers and education managers holding a BEd Honours degree or a Postgraduate Diploma in Education either in Leadership and Management or its equivalent will be considered for the programme.
