About the author
Lola Zao-Sanders has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over 12 years. She is a qualified Yoga Therapist with the British Council for Yoga Therapy, a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and a registered yoga instructor (RYT200) and teaches prenatal yoga to pregnant women.
