Description of the Race
The Senior Level Technician in Nursing Education of IACC is a professional with knowledge, skills and attitudes to perform in early childhood education, as a facilitator and mediator agent of significant educational experiences of children.
It will develop, integrating professional teams, in the public and private sphere, acting ethically, valuing the sociocultural diversity and the role of families in the training process, supporting their actions in the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the curricular bases of education Nursery
The Higher Level Technician in Early Childhood Education of IACC, will demonstrate knowledge to participate actively in planning; Generate learning environments from the perspective of good treatment of children and implement the activities contemplated in the educational plan. Train the child in the personal and social sphere, through learning experiences that value the common good, solidarity, respect for differences and peaceful and democratic coexistence. Develop educational experiences that promote participation and creativity, considering the different styles and rhythms of learning. Evaluate the permanent participation of families, promoting joint action for the benefit of the children's education. Evaluate the learning process, contributing to the making of pedagogical decisions that favor its integral development. Develop and organise teaching resources to support pedagogical work. Use technological tools that support the learning process, among others.
The Higher Level Technician in Early Childhood Education of IACC, may perform in public, private and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), such as nursery, kindergarten, welfare services, foundations and support programs for children, schools of children , Language Schools, Municipal Schools, Subsidized Private Individuals and, free exercise of the profession.
