Introduction
EULER, in cooperation with EUCLID, an intergovernmental treaty-based organization with a university mandate, offers to select students from the general public its flagship external (distance or online) degree program called the EULER Online Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Global Development.
It is the only online undergraduate program in global governance organized in direct partnership with an intergovernmental institution whose programs are officially used by active diplomats over 4 continents, many of whom have reached high governance levels (ambassador, minister).
This program is an ideal launchpad towards more advanced academic programs (master’s and Ph.D.) for future academic leaders (professors, deans) and global leaders (NGO leaders, senior civil servants) delivered by a treaty-based and treaty-practicing institution.
