Curriculum
The online Master in Management is perfect for any specialist or executive whose first degree did not include economics. Whether you come from an engineering, science, or humanities background, the MA Management course will provide you with sound leadership skills and know-how in a specialist field of management of your choice. You’ll get to know the structures of global companies and strategy development for internationalisation. In addition, you’ll acquire strategic management skills. The focus is on operations and systems control on the one hand and people management on the other.

Project Manager
As a project manager specialising in technical areas, you will be responsible for the development of new components. You may also take on the introduction of new production lines or new test tracks for commercial vehicles for a manufacturer of trucks. This will include responsibilities in planning, coordination, leadership and marketing. Project management tools will give you an overview of performance, quality, deadlines and costs in working with your team.
Quality Manager
As a quality manager in the technical field, you are responsible for continually improving the quality of products, materials and services and their respective processes. You make sure that all customer requirements are met and organise manufacturing processes to ensure that they run efficiently. You will analyse potential weaknesses, develop possible solutions and implement these. You will work closely with various specialist departments.
Engineering Project Manager
Engineering project managers are responsible for complex large-scale projects, evaluating customer requests and designing solutions. Their work includes collaborating with suppliers, specialist departments and authorities involved in realising their projects. Their business expertise enables them to estimate risks and calculate costs. Up until commissioning, they will check technical offers and support their team in an advisory role in the case of problems or challenges.
