Understand how to form, empower, and facilitate high-performance teams. - Module 6: Continuous Improvement: Product, Processes, People
Discover strategies to continually improve products, processes, and teams. - Module 7: Quality and Risk Management
Explore how to define, plan, and assess quality for Agile projects, and learn how to identify, assess, and control risk in the Agile environment. - Module 8: Agile Project Management Frameworks in Business
